7. Refund and Return Policy
   1. Right to cancel a stay booked at Quinta da Moscadinha
      The user has the right to cancel a stay booked on the Quinta da Moscadinha site free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date, without giving any reason. The user will be reimbursed for the total amount paid for the reserved nights and the associated municipal tourist tax.

      If the user requests the cancellation of their reservation between 29 days before the check-in date and the check-in day itself, all amounts paid for the reservation will be retained by Quinta da Moscadinha as compensation.

      To exercise the right to cancel, the user must inform Quinta da Moscadinha of their decision by emailing reservas@grupomle.pt.

      To cancel an order made on the Quinta da Moscadinha online store, the user should consult the Online Store Terms and Conditions available on this site.
8. Termination of Use
   Quinta da Moscadinha reserves the exclusive right to modify or discontinue access to the site or any service contained therein at any time without prior notice. The user agrees and accepts this fact. Quinta da Moscadinha disclaims any responsibility for the modification, suspension, or interruption of access or use of the site or any content shared by the user. The user will not be entitled to any compensation or payment even if certain features, settings, and/or content they contributed to or depend on are permanently lost.     These Terms and Conditions will be construed and drafted exclusively in Portuguese and English. All notices and correspondence will be written exclusively in these languages.
18. Entire Agreement
    These Terms and Conditions, along with the Quinta da Moscadinha privacy policy and cookie policy, constitute the entire understanding between the user and Quinta da Moscadinha concerning the use of this site.
19. Updating these Terms and Conditions
    Quinta da Moscadinha is responsible for updating these Terms and Conditions whenever it deems necessary. The date provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions is the most recent revision date. Continued use of this site after changes or updates are posted is considered acceptance by the user to comply with and be governed by the Terms and Conditions.
20. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
