Fermentation is interrupted by the addition of neutral alcohol of wine origin (96%) in order to obtain the desired degree of sweetness (sweet). This blend was made in 2023 by winemaker Nuno Duarte, together with Márcio Nóbrega from Quinta da Moscadinha, in the style of old wines from Quinta da Moscadinha. Aging in barrels from 450 to 700 liters from Justino's aging warehouses.
- Testing NotesNotes:Intense amber color. Complex aromas of iodine style, dried fruit like walnuts, dates. Shows tropical notes of passion fruit type. Deep mouth, with layers of dried fruits. Dark chocolate. Molasses sugar from old stored wines in farmer's hooves. More classic and timeless style.
